WOL stands for a mindset we urgently need in a connected world, which contribute to the implementation of new innovation model of Connect and Develop and the realization of leading the digital transformation in a VUCA world. 创始人 John Stepper 一半德国**，一半意大利**，生长于纽约，职场一路打拼升至德意志银行高管，却在五十多岁时失业。身为五个孩子的父亲， John 调整目标重新出发，创业、出书、演讲，兼顾事业、家庭、健康、生活的同时，通过他的《大声工作法》（Working Out Loud，简称 WOL）一书讲述的方法论帮助更多的人以简单易行的练习养成新的习惯，培养成长型的思维方式，把赖以谋生的工作变成自己想要的喜欢的工作，在工作过程中与组织共同成长，实现自我价值。
