中瑞民间文化交流活动

2021年，受全球新冠疫情的影响下，出国留学与归国就业与往年有很大区别，存在着很大的不确定性。有些海归因为在国内找不到工作，被称为“海待”。今年的《中国海归就业创业调查报告》显示，95%的海归都能在归国后的半年内找到工作，而国内的就业前景也更加吸引留学生们回国工作。科技是第一生产力。世界各国都高度重视科技发展，促使科技成为国民经济的重要增长点和经济社会发展的重要引擎。人类科技进步的过程是一个开放合作的过程。面向未来，科技创新必须率先实现高水平的开放合作。中瑞两国间确立创新战略伙伴关系，体现出中瑞双边关系中创新扮演着重要角色。随着中国越来越成为以创新驱动的经济体，中国的营商环境和创业生态对于瑞士创新型初创企业的吸引力越来越大。

此次论坛还将为中国资本和瑞士技术的对接、中国市场和瑞士品牌的对接架设桥梁。就海归回上海就业创业情况开展了新一轮的讨论研究，聚焦以“90后”为主的新生代海归群体在留学前后的发展变化和就业、创业情况，并对海归对于留学与回国的选择、留学安全的认知等热点话题进行了剖析。此次论坛还将为中国资本和瑞士技术的对接、中国市场和瑞士品牌的对接架设桥梁。届时，来自医疗、信息技术、金融服务领域的数家瑞士初创企业进行现身说法，交换中瑞在企业初创过程中的机遇、挑战与合作。
