The World Youth Forum Future Economics Leadership Summit 2025 will be held from August 4 - August 9, 2025 in Hong Kong S.A.R., China. 预定流程Reservation Procedure：

I. 注意事项 Before you make the reservation：

1、此预定非组委会强制要求，请按需预定！预定前请仔细阅读本链接所有内容；

2、如你未满18周岁并确认预定推荐酒店，请告知你的监护人酒店相关信息，同时在预定成功后，所有参与本次活动的同学（包含港澳台、海外地区）需前往Bloom2025对应活动季 任务卡【Summit Information】中【About the Hotel】任务卡下载“Consent form for unaccompanied person staying in Regala Skycity Hotel”，填写文档内相关内容后将文档发送至vip@hlfmice.com。请注意：如未按要求发送住宿责任公告，预定方有权拒绝你入住该酒店；

3、预定后如需发票等报销凭证，请在活动结束后微信联系预定方工作人员；

4、预定后如希望取消，请联系预订方，因预定方需提前向酒店预定房间，所以2025年7月6日23:59之前可全额退款，过时将无法退款，请知悉！

5、如需提前入住或延后，可联系预订方，待工作人员与酒店核对后可享用团队优惠价；

2、届时办理酒店入住时，请先进行大会注册后前往酒店前台凭二维码验票后，才可进行酒店入住；

III. 通过邮件预定 Online reservation through email：

1、如无法通过此链接预定，则可通过电子邮件方式，将希望预定的套餐、入住人姓名（如预定套餐A且有同住人，需随附上同住人姓名）、性别、联系方式、学校名字发送至vip@hlfmice.com；

2、工作人员收到邮件后将对预定信息进行确认，确认无误后将制作账单并进行；

3、预定者需根据账单向指定账户支付对应费用，并将付款凭证截图再次发送至邮箱，工作人员将在核对付款信息后无误后邮件回复是否预定成功。
