      各位朋友，大家好！最近被第7次人口普查的数据刷屏了，本次发布的初步汇总数据中，可以看出我国人口结构、比重等都发生了一些变化，最重要的一点是男女比例失衡.......真的是对广大男性同胞堪忧啊！那何以解忧呢？唯有学习、进步！

   本周我们将邀请新晋主持人Tony和大家一探讨学英语这些事，Tony精心为大家准备了一些题目，希望在本周会议中进行讨论，我们将以英语各类话题让大家自由演讲发挥，每个人讲讲自己观点，说出自己心里的想法。本周继续最佳演讲者评选活动作为下期活动主持人环节，各位小伙伴们提高自我的机会来啦，希望大家踊跃参与！

Hello, everyone! Recently, the data of the 7th national population census has been screened. From the preliminary summary data released this time, we can see that China's population structure and proportion have undergone some changes. The most important point is the imbalance between men and women. It's really worrying for the majority of male compatriots! So how to solve the problem? Only learning and progress!            

This week, we will invite new host Tony to talk about learning English with you. Tony has carefully prepared some topics for you. We hope to discuss them in this week's meeting.
