竞赛规程 Competition rules and itinerary

一、organizer：Shanghai Qushua Cultural Communication Co., Ltd

三、Competition date: November 26, 2023

四、比赛形式Form：团体比杆赛及男、女混合个人比杆赛。Team stroke competition and mixed male and female individual stroke competition.

五、参赛资格及分组Qualification and grouping

1、国际双语学校均可报名参赛。赛事仅接受以学校的名义组队报名，每个参赛学校可以组织 4-8 名学生参赛。International bilingual schools are eligible to register for the competition. The competition only accepts team registration in the name of the school, and each participating school can organize 4-8 students to participate.

2、参赛球员须符合 R&A 规则有限公司和美国高尔夫球协会联合颁布的最新版《高尔夫球规则》中“业余身份规则”的相关规定。Participants must comply with the relevant provisions of the "Amateur Identity Rules" in the latest version of the "Golf Rules" jointly issued by R&A Rules Limited and the American Golf Association.

3、参赛球员仅可代表自己所在学校参赛。Students can only participate on behalf of their school.

4、参赛选手应符合以下年龄要求Contestants should meet the following age requirements

Group A: November 26, 2004 to November 25, 2010

Group B: November 26, 2010 to November 25, 2013

Group C: November 26, 2013 to November 25, 2017

六、竞赛办法 Competition Method

（一）、比赛采用由中高协审定，The R&A 规则有限公司和美国高尔夫球协会联合颁布的最新版《高尔夫球规则》，以及竞赛委员会制定的当地规则。The competition adopts the latest version of the "Golf Rules" jointly issued by The R&A Rules Co., Ltd. and the American Golf Association, as well as local rules formulated by the Competition Committee, which are approved by the China Golf Association.

（二）、团体赛Team event

1、团体赛均为一轮(18 洞)比杆赛。每场比赛中，采用各校4名运动员中成绩最好的 3 名运动员的杆数计算该队该场的团体成绩，杆数之和为该队在该场比赛的团体成绩，杆数低者名次列前。Team events are all one round (18 hole) stroke matches. In each competition, the team's team performance is calculated based on the number of strokes taken by the top 3 athletes among the 4 athletes from each school. The sum of strokes is the team's team performance in the competition, with the lower score ranking first.

2、团体成绩出现并列时，则先比较本场后九洞(第10-18洞)的团体成绩，杆数少者名次列前；若仍相同，则从第18洞起从后向前逐洞比较该轮的团体成绩，直至决出名次；若仍相同，则用抽签决出相应名次。When there is a tie in team performance, the team performance of the last nine holes (10-18 holes) of the game will be compared first, with those with fewer strokes ranking first; If the results are still the same, start from the 18th hole and compare the team performance of that round from the back to the front hole until the ranking is determined; If they are still the same, the corresponding ranking will be determined by drawing lots.

3、在提交每场成绩时，若出现队伍中有两人或多人杆数相同的情况，则由该校领队决定要使用谁的杆数来决定该队的成绩，一旦决定后即不再更换。When submitting each score, if there are two or more players in the team with the same number of strokes, the school leader will decide who to use to determine the team's score. Once the decision is made, there will be no further changes.

（三）个人赛Individual competition

1、个人赛各组别均为一轮(18 洞)比杆赛，杆数少者名次在前。Each group in the individual competition is a round (18 holes) of stroke competition, with those with fewer strokes ranking first.

2、如各组别成绩出现并列时，则首先根据后9洞（第10洞至第18 洞）的杆数少者名次列前。若仍相同，则从第 18 洞的成绩逐洞倒计数的方式决定名次，杆数少者名次列前。若仍相同，则采取抽签的方式决定名次。If the scores of each group are tied, the first one will be ranked first based on the lower number of strokes in the last 9 holes (10th to 18th holes). If it is still the same, the ranking will be determined by counting down each hole from the score on the 18th hole, with those with fewer strokes ranking first. If they are still the same, the ranking will be determined by drawing lots.

（四）发球台Serve TEE

黑色发球台：男子 A 组

蓝色发球台：男子 B 组

白色发球台：男子 C 组

紫色发球台：女子 A 组

红色发球台：女子 B 组

粉色发球台：女子 C 组

（五）杆数限制

任何球员在任意一洞的杆数达到两倍标准杆时应立即停止击球，该洞杆数记为标准杆数的两倍。Any player who reaches twice the par in any hole should immediately stop hitting the ball, and the number of strokes in that hole is recorded as twice the par.

七、奖项设置Award settings

（一）录取名次Admission Ranking

比赛录取团体前5名；个人赛各组别前 3 名。

Top 5 teams admitted to the competition; Top 3 in each category of individual competition.

（二）奖励reward

1、团体前5名获得荣誉奖杯Top 5 of the team won the Honor Trophy

2、个人前 3 名获得荣誉奖杯Top 3 individuals receive the Honor Trophy

3、赛事组委会不设一杆进洞奖，可由举办赛事的球场根据原有设置进行奖励。

The event organizing committee does not set a hole in one award, which can be awarded by the stadium hosting the event based on the original settings.

八、比赛服装Competition clothing

各队需自备专用球鞋、比赛器材、统一参赛队服（校运动服即可）。

Each team needs to provide their own specialized sneakers, competition equipment, and a unified school uniform (school sports uniform is sufficient) for participation.

九、报名

1、比赛开赛前两周由各学校统计参赛学生名单，该名单一经确认不得更改。

Two weeks before the start of the competition, each school will compile a list of participating students, which cannot be changed once confirmed.

发送报名表时请统一邮件主题“SSSA-××学校+报名表”。When sending the registration form, please unify the email subject "SSSA- ×× School+Registration Form ".

十、遇到恶劣天气时按照下列原则予以处理Severe weather:

1、尽力按照原定计划完成比赛。Try to complete the competition according to the original plan.

2、如恶劣天气导致比赛无法继续，则暂停比赛。当情况好转时，即使当日无法完成该轮比赛，亦应恢复比赛。If the competition cannot continue due to adverse weather, the competition will be suspended. When the situation improves, even if the race cannot be completed on the same day, the race should still be resumed.

3、如因恶劣天气导致比赛无法完成，本次比赛将取消，不再颁发任何奖杯、奖牌或证书。If the competition cannot be completed due to adverse weather conditions, the competition will be cancelled and no trophies, medals or certificates will be awarded.

4、在不可预见及不可抗力之情形下，赛事主办方有权调整上述赛事规程细节。In unforeseeable and force majeure circumstances, the organizers of the event have the right to adjust the details of the aforementioned event regulations.

5、各参赛球员需严格遵守组委会的各项赛事规定、日程安排，否则视为自动放弃参赛资格。All participating players must strictly abide by the organizing committee's rules and schedule for various competitions, otherwise they will be deemed to have automatically waived their eligibility to participate.

6、本赛事组委会将拥有所有球员的肖像使用权。The organizing committee of this event will have the right to use the portraits of all players.

十一、申诉与纪律 Appeal and Discipline

（一）无特殊情况，各参赛球员必须按时参加组委会所安排的各项正式活动。Without special circumstances, all participating players must participate in all official activities arranged by the organizing committee on time.

（二）参赛球员必须服从裁判判罚，保证比赛成绩的真实，如有不服从裁判、辱骂裁判，以及在比赛中成绩作假的情况发生，则该名球员将被取消比赛资格。Players must comply with the referee's judgment and ensure the authenticity of the game results. If they do not comply with the referee, insult the referee, or falsify their results during the game, the player will be disqualified from the game.
