金属材料在3D打印市场所占份额虽不是最大的，但在“关键零部件”应用上仍具备无与伦比的优势。随着技术的不断成熟和设计能力的提升，基于增材制造设计的产品，在性能、减重、制造周期等方面均有提升。航空航天、医疗、汽车、模具等领域亦不断涌现新的应用场景。与此同时，个性化消费需求已然成为一种趋势，3D打印技术在鞋服设计领域的应用，为个性化、功能性的实现带来了无限可能。随着3D打印技术的发展，还将带来颠覆？6月25日（周六）“我是工程师”第十一期沙龙，邀请了西安交通大学的魏正英教授，西安铂力特增材技术股份有限公司的技术研发部主管王佳骏先生，以及裕克施乐亚太区执行副总裁胡焕波先生，共同探讨“3D打印技术及产业应用”。

魏正英教授 / Prof.Wei Zhengying

根据国内外金属增材制造的研究热点，讲述可以实现功能件3D打印的金属增材制造技术，并基于金属激光增材制造过程复杂超常熔池动力学行为等机理方面的研究，探究对金属激光选区熔化成形工艺实现的认知。

According to the focus of metal AM research at home and abroad, metal AM technology that can realize 3D printing of functional parts will be introduced. Besides, selective laser melting relevant process will be explained with the research on mechanisms like complex supernormal melt pool dynamics in laser additive manufacturing for metal components.

1.研究已发表学术论文160余篇，其中43篇被SCI收录，50余篇被EI收录

Published more than 160 academic papers, of which 43 papers are included in SCI and more than 50 papers are included in EI

2.申报专利76项，其中57项为发明专利（51项已授权）；

76 patents were declared, of which 57 were invention patents (51 were authorized)；

3.获2005年度国家技术发明二等奖（第四获奖人）、2018年获河南省科技进步一等奖（第四）等多项奖项。

系统介绍增材制造技术原理、技术发展及目前国内外典型行业应用进展包括但不限于航空航天领域、汽车领域、模具领域、医疗领域等，所涉及的应用包括结构类部件、功能类部件及典型定制化产品。

The principle of additive manufacturing technology and technical application progress are introduced systematically，including but not limited to aerospace, automotive, mold and medical fields, etc. The applications involved include structural components, functional components, and typical customized products.

1.从事金属增材制造及结构优化相关技术研发工作，拥有七年从业经验，取得相关领域授权专利十余篇；

   Seven years working experience in metal additive manufacturing and structural optimization technology research and development，More than ten patents have been obtained；

2.先后参与国家重点研发计划、工业强基工程等重点研发项目及航标标准起草工作。其中四项专利技术已获得批量化及工程应用。
