保持主动性和灵活性是应对不可预测情况所需具备的能力，企业层面亦越发重视精益生产。精益生产起源于丰田生产方式（TPS），后者不仅是一种工具或方法，更是一种企业经营方式，思维方式。为提升制造业竞争力，市科协结合“苏州科学家日”，特围绕“精益生产在制造业中的实际应用”开展“TPS思想与结构”主题培训。本期课程，陈政老师将基于20多年生产管理和工厂运营的实践经验，系统而全面地讲解TPS的思想和结构，让学员能够了解和掌握制定精益生产实施策略和计划的思路与方法。

Being initiative and flexibility are necessary to deal with uncertainties, and companies are paying more attention to lean manufacturing, which originated from Toyota Production System (TPS). TPS is not only a tool or method, but also a way of business operation and thinking. In order to enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, the Taicang Association for Science and Technology is to initiate "TPS Ideology and Structure" training project. Mr. Chris Chen, more than 20 years manufacturing experience in production and operation, will help the trainees to understand and master the ideas and methods needed for formulating lean manufacturing implementation strategies and plans.

3.曾多次带队赴日本参加丰田公司的精益生产等培训；

He has led a team to Japan for many times to participate in Toyota's Lean manufacturing and other training;

4.两届AHK工业大师证现场管理培训班TWI课程讲师。

He is a TWI course instructor for two AHK Industrial Master Certificate on-site management training courses.
