Current Situation of Chinese Jewelry Market
中国是世界最大的铂金消费国、玉石和翡翠市场以及世界第二大黄金市场,同时还是亚洲最大的钻石市场。以珍珠饰品为例,中国又是名副其实的珍珠大国。而如今,国内珠宝首饰行业在市场竞争中历练了二十多年,行业已发展到有相当的规模了,近年来,我国珠宝产业销售总额以年增长率高于15%的速度发展,出口年增长率超过20%。
China is the largest consumer of platinum, largest market for jade and jadeite, and second largest market for gold in the world. Meanwhile, it is also the largest market for diamond in Asia and worldly renowned for pearl. After two decades of experience in intense market competition, domestic jewelry industry has already attained a considerable scale and level of quality. In recent years, total sales of jewelry industry has grown rapidly in China, with an annual growth rate of over 15%, and annual export growth rate of over 20%.
