本次YJ活动将包含YJ竞赛局/YJ训练局[新人友好]

#YJ竞赛局将根据报名分为2-4组循环赛

并在15:10进行第2次分组与循环赛

#YJ训练局将进行常规出盘/接盘/跑位/试赛练习，适合初次盘友与希望强化练习的盘友

️注意

/1，穿草地足球鞋或橄榄球鞋，禁止铁钉足球鞋，可穿AG/TF/AT等塑料材质足球鞋和碎塑料钉鞋。

/2，自带足够氵水氵与电解质

/3，轻便训练着装，热身准备，保护指甲

/4，请参与者自行购买运动意外险，减少风险损伤

/5，周日天气晴，注意运动间隙保暖

EarlyBird ¥60 (¥80 after 18:00,16th,OCT. ）

#YJ Scrimmage will be divided into 2-4 groups round robin according to the registration

The second group scrimmage and round robin will be at 15:10

#YJ Training will conduct regular throwing / catching / running / trial match, which is suitable for first-time players and practice needed players.

TIPS

/1,Football & soccer shoes.（AG/TF/AT are permitted,iron nail is prohibited）

/2,Plenty of water and electrolyte

/3,Warm up and be attention to fingernails,knees,elbows

/4,Purchase sports accident insurance to reduce the risk of injury
